1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rx550 and any individual who accesses or uses the rx550 platform, website, mobile interface, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of rx550.

By creating an rx550 account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the rx550 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the rx550 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one rx550 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

• Notification of Breach: You must notify rx550 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rx550 Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted Payment Methods: rx550 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), as well as debit cards. rx550 does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Currency: All transactions on rx550 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the rx550 cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Withdrawal Processing: rx550 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. • Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your rx550 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. rx550 is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. rx550 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source.

rx550 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. Any costs associated with returning funds to a player due to failed verification are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rx550 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all rx550 bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the rx550 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all rx550 games:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on rx550 use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) under controlled studio conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rx550 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the rx550 Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the rx550 Platform.

• Allowing any third party to access or use your rx550 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward rx550 staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

rx550 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:

• Age Restriction: rx550 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on rx550 content.
• Use any rx550 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any rx550 software or game code.

Any unauthorised use of rx550 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by rx550.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rx550 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the rx550 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access, system failure, or other causes beyond rx550's reasonable control.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information provided on the rx550 Platform.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

rx550's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rx550 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rx550's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

rx550 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering an rx550 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

12. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the rx550 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Account Suspension and Termination

rx550 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.

Upon account closure, rx550 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. rx550 is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from a breach of these Terms.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rx550 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the rx550 Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
